If you are a confident landlord and you feel comfortable with managing your own property then our " let only" service is the one for you. However, some elements of our "Fully managed" service may appeal to you and a service can be tailored made for you.

Let Only

City Primes “Let Only” service has been designed to assist landlords in finding suitable tenants for their investment properties before passing the day-to-day management back to the landlord.

City Prime will advise on tenancy law, advertise the property, conduct all viewings, provide tenant referencing services, establish an assured shorthold tenancy and move the tenants into the property.

The landlord is responsible for the ongoing collection of rent and management of the tenancy.

Rent Collection

City Primes "Rent Collection" service has been designed to assist landlords in finding suitable tenants for their investment properties as well as demanding and collecting the rent on a monthly basis.

City Prime will advise on tenancy law, advertise the property, conduct all viewings, provide tenant referencing services, establish an assured shorthold tenancy, move the tenants into the property, collect the rent each month and provide a full statement of account to the landlord.

The landlord is responsible for the daily management of the tenancy and property inspections.

Fully Managed

City Primes "Fully Managed" service has been designed to enable landlords to fully outsource the letting and management of their investment properties.

City Prime will advise on tenancy law, advertise the property, conduct all viewings, provide tenant referencing services, establish an assured shorthold tenancy, move the tenants into the property, collect the rent each month, provide a full statement of account to the landlord, periodically inspect the property and have day to day responsibility for the smooth management of the tenancy.

Tenants

You can visit our office, speak to us or complete the contact form on this website. We will keep you updated of new properties via email, text or phone - whichever you prefer. We will need to know the type of property you are looking for, date to occupy from and how many will be residing in the property with you.

A safety inspection of all gas appliances within the property will have been carried out by a registered Contractor.

Property has been cleaned and prepared ready for your entry.

Once you move in, all the necessary paperwork will be compiled correctly.
